Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Higher Vocational Training in administration or a degree in business administration with experience in site or project control, accounting, and management.
3 years of previous experience in administrative management within the sector, as a site administrator or similar.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge and experience in route organization and logistics.
Preferably having experience in companies involving rental and/or sales of general machinery for construction and civil engineering.

The role

From IMAN Global Consulting, a consultancy for selecting Technical and specialized profiles. We are looking for a Site Administrator (Construction Sector) for a company located in Langreo, Asturias.

What you'll do

Logistics coordination: Organize and coordinate, together with the Production Manager, the company's logistics to guarantee the correct preparation and delivery of orders to customers.
Purchasing management: Collaborate in the management of small workshop and warehouse purchases, requesting quotes, evaluating the different options and making the corresponding proposals to your supervisor.
Invoicing and commercial management: Manage invoicing and sales control to customers through the use of the company's ERP system.
Incident management: Detect, analyze, and resolve incidents related to invoicing, performing the necessary follow-up until their resolution.
Supplier invoice control: Verify that invoices received from suppliers correspond to purchase orders and delivery notes.
Document control: Perform daily control of delivery notes, ensuring their correct management, registration, and filing.
Administrative and accounting coordination: Coordinate with the Administration department to guarantee the correct accounting of issued and received invoices.
Payment follow-up: Collaborate with the Administration department in the control and follow-up of pending customer payments.
Order management and follow-up: Guarantee the correct management, processing, and follow-up of orders, ensuring that their preparation and delivery are carried out in accordance with the procedures established by the company.
Inventory management: Collaborate in the control and updating of warehouse inventories, supervising stock and detecting possible deviations.
Telephone assistance: Attend to and manage telephone communications with customers and suppliers, in coordination with the managers of the various areas of the company.
