The selected person will be a key figure in internal organization, providing administrative support to daily activities and acting as a liaison between the office and the on-site personnel.

This is a versatile position, with continuous contact with on-site personnel, so it will be essential to have an organized, decisive, and assertive personality.

Skills and personal profile:

We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive person, capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to a dynamic environment. It will be key to have confidence in communication, the ability to bring order, and good administrative management in an operational context linked to the construction sector.

Requirements

Previous experience in administrative positions or as an office manager (valuable in the construction sector).

Regular use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Organized, methodical, and meticulous

Ability to operate in a demanding environment and deal with on-site personnel.

Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
