Experience and training

• Provide a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department.
• PROFESSIONAL EXCEL SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
• Having organizational and planning skills.
• Showing attention to detail and a quality-oriented approach.
• Working with responsibility, autonomy, and ease of collaborating as part of a team.

• We value training in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.

Key skills:

• Knowledge of English will be valued, although it is not essential.

What do we offer?

Salary: 16 €/gross/hour

Contract: Temporary through a staffing agency with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.

Schedule: Full-time, from 07:30 to 16:30 (with 45 minutes for lunch)

You will be a key piece providing support to the HR department.

What will your duties be?

• Management and maintenance of employee labor documentation.
• Preparation and monitoring of employment contracts, extensions, modifications, and contract terminations.
• Control and updating of employee files, guaranteeing the correct custody of documentation.
• Administrative management of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Coordination and monitoring of payroll incidents, absences, vacations, permits, and leaves.
• Support in the management of time tracking and compliance with current labor regulations.
• Attention and resolution of employee inquiries regarding labor and administrative matters.
• Administer and optimize HR platforms and systems.
• Prepare information and analysis to support HR and business decision-making.
• Design workflows and automations that reduce administrative tasks.
