Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Technical training in Quality, Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar position within the agri-food sector.
  • Knowledge of quality and food safety standards (IFS, BRC, ISO 22000, etc.).
  • Proficiency in office tools and management software.
  • Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and results orientation.

The role

A large leading company in the food sector located in Medina del Campo is looking to immediately hire a quality controller for its department.

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established quality standards throughout the entire production process, ensuring that final products meet regulatory and customer requirements.

What you'll do

Their functions will include, among others:

  • Control and verification of raw materials, processes, and final product according to established procedures.
  • Sampling and performance of physical-chemical and/or microbiological controls.
  • Recording and analysis of quality data, as well as reporting detected incidents.
  • Participation in internal and external audits.
  • Proposal of corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring of product traceability.
