Food and Beverage Manager

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions (Head Waiter, Maître d', or Restaurant Manager) within the hospitality sector.
• Knowledge required: cost control and food safety, menu development and bar organization, knowledge of the Cristal program or similar systems, knowledge of restaurant service protocols, and wine knowledge.
• Key competencies for the position: initiative, responsibility, customer service focus and conflict management, problem-solving skills, and teamwork.

• Permanent contract, full-time, directly with the company.
• Immediate start.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week. Rotating shifts, with availability to work night hours.

At IMAN Global Consulting, a specialized recruitment division, we are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager for a gaming, leisure, and entertainment company located in the Lloret de Mar area.

Your duties will be the following

• Responsible for external coordination of the F&B department: receives requests from operations and commercial departments, and is responsible for coordinating this work planning within their department.
• Responsible for the proper development of operations in the casino floor, bars, and all kitchen areas.
• Ensure the highest quality of service to the different clients of the department: clients, employees, and receiving casinos.
• Coordinate all human resources needs: recruit staff, coordinate their integration and ongoing training, develop high-potential employees, and monitor everyone's performance.
• Responsible for compliance with all company rules, as well as service standards and established procedures.
• Responsible for F&B cost control: selecting the right products in the right quantities, planning menus according to defined cost ranges, and auditing compliance with procedures at all stages of goods handling (receiving, storage, food production, service, and thorough recording of consumption).
• Responsible for proper handling of tools, training staff to use equipment correctly, reporting breakdowns, and planning equipment and material replacement to never disrupt operations. Ensures proper maintenance of facilities and structure within the department.
• Responsible for compliance with hygiene standards: trains staff, delegates duties, defines and follows up on action plans. Ensures compliance with safety standards and requests the necessary support to maintain a 100% safe work environment.
• Prepare all necessary reports and analyses to review operations and support decision-making.
• Perform all administrative tasks corresponding to the position: staff payroll in SAP, material orders in SAP, menu planning, staff scheduling, inventory management, daily controls, and their verification, among others.
