What we're looking for

Own vehicle to commute to the facilities.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a shop assistant and 1 year as an administrative assistant
Vocational Training in administration.

What you'll get

Hiring through a temporary employment agency (ETT) with the possibility of joining the company

Salary 18,000

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (EXCEPTION: 2 Saturdays in December)

8:30am to 4:30pm with 30 minutes of rest

10:00am to 6:30pm with 30 minutes of rest (this is done during peak sales periods such as Christmas)

The role

From our Imán office in Alcalá de Henares, we need to recruit a Store Manager with administrative functions for an important company in Daganzo to ensure the correct operation of the store and provide support for the administrative tasks linked to its activity, ensuring proper management of products, orders, sales, customers, and documentation.

What you'll do

Daily email management

Product replenishment (from warehouse to store)

Ordering products from suppliers for our store

Purchase delivery notes and subsequent product registration in the BDP program

Invoices to store customers

Online Sales Management

Preparation of samples for customers

Preparation of various broken-bag bags and ribbon boxes

Creation of new customers and items

Cash register closing, store signage, stock regularization

Processing PJ customer orders in ADV, ordering store products in ADV

Deactivating old BDP batches

Management of documentation and Excel documents for management

Telephone attention

Scanning of documentation

Assistance with tasks for colleagues in the quality department
