Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Administration, or similar. CPA or ACCA certifications will be valued.
More than 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years leading the finance area of an industrial plant.
Experience in the automotive sector, international plants, and vehicle assembly processes using KD kits will be especially valued.
Knowledge of Spanish tax regulations, customs operations, transfer pricing, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Experience in cost accounting, inventories, budgeting, treasury, and ERP systems.
Fluent Chinese, Spanish with negotiation skills, and English as a working language.
Availability to reside permanently in Spain and adapt to an industrial startup environment.

At Grupo IMAN we are looking for a Finance Manager for a Factory to lead the financial management of an industrial plant in Spain, reporting both to the factory's General Management and to the Group's headquarters in China. Your mission will be to ensure financial control, profitability and compliance with Spanish and international regulations, taking part in the launch and development of the plant's financial systems.

What you'll do

Lead the local finance department, establishing internal control procedures and supervising accounting closures and financial reports.
Manage the cost accounting for production, materials, inventories, and vehicle assembly, analyzing deviations and proposing improvements.
Supervise tax obligations, import duties, and transfer pricing in international operations.
Manage treasury, cash flows, banking relationships, and foreign exchange risks.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports for management and headquarters.
Coordinate internal and external audits, guaranteeing compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Spare Parts, and Sales to optimize costs and ensure correct financial management of operations.
