Administration and Finance Manager

● Interdepartmental link and managerial coordination: Coordinate communication between Management, Purchasing, Property Management, and the various administrative areas to streamline processes and ensure compliance with the operational objectives of each site or project.

● Accounting supervision and control: Review, audit, and validate the daily and periodic accounting prepared by the administrative team or external consultancy, guaranteeing the accuracy of the general ledger, monthly closings, bank reconciliations, and billing balances.

● Budgetary and cost control per site: Supervise compliance with the budgets assigned to each project, analyzing financial deviations and proactively reporting to Management.

● Supervision of the purchasing and supplier process: Coordinate with the Purchasing department the validation of invoices, payment terms, control of delivery notes, and management of cash flows related to suppliers and subcontractors.

● Supervision of asset and property management: Articulate the administration of the company's real estate and assets, ensuring the correct management of contracts, collections, rentals, and utilities.

● Treasury management and payment forecasting: Control the cash flow, the planning of collections/payments, and the relationship with banking entities in coordination with Management.

● Tax and legal compliance: Ensure the correct preparation and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes, as well as compliance with the specific regulations of the construction sector.

● Preparation of reports and reporting: Prepare periodic reports of key indicators (financial and operational KPIs) for management decision-making.
