Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in reservations, hotel reception, or similar positions within the hotel sector.
English is essential, both oral and written.
Knowledge and handling of PMS, booking engines, and hotel extranets.
Good proficiency in IT tools, email, Excel, and Google Drive.
Organized, resolute person with attention to detail.
Client orientation and teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate with hotels and internal departments

Nice to have

Experience with booking engines, OTAs, and channel managers.
Basic knowledge of hotel distribution and revenue management.
Knowledge of Hotelverse and/or Hotel Treats.
Interest and ability to work with artificial intelligence tools applied to customer service, reservations, and process optimization.

The role

At IMAN Temporing Reus, we are looking to hire an Online Reservations Agent with English (essential)

The selected person will join the Online Reservations department, providing support in the daily management of reservations, customer service, coordination with hotels, and the updating of tools linked to direct sales and hotel distribution. We are looking for an organized, proactive profile, with a customer orientation and the ability to work with different teams and digital platforms.

What you'll do

Management, review, and monitoring of online reservations.
Customer service via email, including inquiries, quotes, modifications, cancellations, claims, and incidents.
Management of extranets, booking engines, and hotel distribution tools.
Updating of rates, discounts, offers, allotments, sales closures, and promotional codes.
Coordination with hotels to monitor availability, extra services, and special reservations.
Management and monitoring of additional services associated with reservations.
Coordination with internal departments for the management of incidents, refunds, and operational support.
Review and control of reservations in PMS and other internal platforms.
Support in the creation, review, and updating of internal procedures.
Support in the management of digital channels linked to customer service.
