We want to recruit a Project Manager with experience in comprehensive management of defense projects and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to join EW system development and integration projects installed on fixed-wing platforms, within strategic international programs for the Air Dominance unit.

What you'll do

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of international EW system projects for fixed-wing platforms.
Manage costs, deadlines, risks, and scope, ensuring compliance with contractual and technical milestones.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure the technical progress of the project.
Act as the primary interlocutor with national and international clients, promoting effective and transparent communication.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical and management risks, minimizing impacts on schedule and costs.
Participate in bidding activities and the development of new opportunities within strategic Air Dominance products.

🎯 What are we looking for?

At least 4-5 years of experience in technological project direction or management, preferably in the Defense and Security sector.
Knowledge of project planning (WBS), milestone tracking, cost management, and risk control.
Experience in technical team coordination and client management in complex environments.
Knowledge of project engineering, configuration control, and management methodologies applied to the project lifecycle.
Advanced use of corporate management tools (Mis Operaciones, O2O, GPI or similar).
High level of English and availability for international travel.
