What we're looking for
✅ At least 3 years of experience leading teams and managing web development projects.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in application and web portal development.
✅ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
✅ Knowledge of web security, UI/UX, and accessibility (WCAG).
✅ Experience in JEE (EJB, JMS, JPA, JAX-RS, JAX-WS) and OpenJDK 8 or higher.

💻 Join our team in the Software Production Directorate, leading Web Portal projects!
This unit is responsible for the design and development of advanced web solutions for critical environments, guaranteeing accessibility, security, and user experience on high-impact platforms.
What you'll do
• Lead and coordinate a Web Portal development team (10-15 people).
• Supervise the technical progress of projects and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Provide technical support when blockers or doubts arise within the team.
• Perform periodic performance evaluations of collaborators.
• Guarantee correct technical coordination within the team and with other areas, especially with the technical coordinator of the solution.
• Participate in the design and development of web portals, ensuring quality and functionality.
• Ensure the application of web security and data protection best practices.
• Collaborate in the definition of UI/UX and accessibility (WCAG) standards.
