Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 1 or 2 years of experience in the SFSF Learning module.
Having participated in implementation projects involving requirement gathering, documentation preparation, client relations, system configuration, file configuration and uploading, etc.

Nice to have

SAP Learning Certification
Knowledge of Office tools, mainly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with a medium/high level of knowledge in the latter.

The role

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Learning consultant to participate in the implementation, configuration, and evolution of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning module, ensuring that processes adapt to the client's needs.

What you'll do

Lead requirements gathering workshops, functional analysis, and solution design sessions.
Perform functional testing, user support, and go-live assistance.
Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
