The role
We have a new vacancy open in which we are looking to incorporate a Java Developer with knowledge of Genesys Cloud, who will participate in the analysis, development, and evolution of Java EE applications integrated with the Genesys Cloud platform, as well as in providing technical support to the customer.
The selected person will participate in the configuration and evolution of solutions based on Genesys Cloud.
What you'll do
- Analysis, design, and development of Java EE applications.
- Development and maintenance of solutions integrated with Genesys Cloud.
- Development and configuration of flows using Genesys Architect.
- Configuration of ACD routing, scripts, bots, and reports.
- Development and integration of REST APIs and web services.
- Both backend and frontend development.
- Incident resolution and technical support to the customer.
- Collaboration with technical and business teams.
How you'll work
- Hybrid Modality: On-site attendance will be necessary 50% of working days at our client's offices in the Madrid Río area.
