At Krell Consulting, we are looking to hire a Senior Genesys Cloud Consultant to participate in a technological project for a major company in the security and alarms sector.
We are looking for a technical profile with experience in Genesys Cloud CX, IVR flow development, integrations via APIs, and digital channels, especially WhatsApp Business.
The selected person will participate in the design, configuration, development, and optimization of Contact Center solutions, working with technologies such as Genesys Architect, JavaScript, Node.js, and REST APIs.
🏠 Modality: Remote
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, all year round
