Degree in Computer Science, Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) is valued.

The role

At Inetum Murcia, we want to fill a level 1 technician position in Murcia for a stable project. For this client, on-site presence is required, and therefore the person must reside in the vicinity of Murcia.

We would preferably need a recent graduate with a Degree in Computer Science.

What you'll do

Resolution of microcomputing incidents
Registration and documentation of incidents in an ITSM tool (GLPI)
Escalation of incidents to level 2
Execution of procedures and reports
Communication with end users
Review of alerts and backups

The technologies used in the service that will be of interest (but are not exclusive) for the position are:

VMWare
Monitoring with ControlUP
Horizon
Active directory
GLPI
PowerBI
Backup management

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Active and proactive person
Organized
With communication skills
Collaborative with the rest of the team members
Autonomous in the search for incident resolution
Knowledge and use of office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
