What we're looking for

Technical education in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Proven experience in industrial production within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or fine chemicals sector.
Demonstrable experience in process scale-up and formula industrialization.
Practical knowledge of GMP environments and batch production.
Experience leading production teams in a plant environment.
Approachable, straightforward, and transparent profile, with operational leadership skills.
Strong hands-on orientation toward the plant, incident resolution, and technical decision-making.

The role

Strategic position to lead production and industrial scale-up at a third-party cosmetics plant. Key role in technology transfer from laboratory to manufacturing, reporting to General Management.

Production, Scale-Up, and Industrialization Manager.

What you'll do

Lead the Production area, ensuring proper planning, execution, and compliance with the production plan.
Manage and coordinate the industrial scale-up of cosmetic formulas from laboratory to manufacturing.
Lead technology transfer (tech transfer) processes between laboratory, production, and quality.
Define and validate critical process parameters to ensure industrial reproducibility.
Supervise reactor operations and the correct execution of batch processes.
Ensure compliance with GMP regulations (ISO 22716) in production.
Coordinate production teams organized in two shifts.
Ensure proper documentation management for manufacturing and batch traceability.
Act as the technical liaison with the Quality department in managing deviations and CAPAs.
Collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain to ensure availability of raw materials.
Report directly to General Management.
