The role

What you'll do

· You will proactively support and advise the Cybersecurity division's sales team.

· You will be the necessary intermediary between manufacturers, customers, and Ingram Micro, to guarantee maximum satisfaction for everyone.

· You will periodically analyze the business evolution (market situation, industry trends, commercial agreements, results evolution, competitors) of the area under your responsibility,

· You will coordinate the business forecast with the vendor

· You will plan, schedule, and control commercial and Marketing actions.

· You will participate in the processes of acquisition, maintenance, and follow-up of the most complex customers

· You will help resolve daily problems and incidents.
