What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments and its modules.
Advanced knowledge of integration patterns and Azure-based services.
Ability to lead technological projects and manage work teams.
Technical skills in the development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Knowledge of system and business process integration.
Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the Technology and Telecommunications sector is desirable.

The role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Lead to lead the development and implementation of advanced technological solutions for our end client in the logistics sector. This position requires experience in managing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform in a team leadership role.

Direct hire in end client logistics sector.

What you'll do

Supervise and lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform implementation projects, managing a team for whom you will act as technical mentor and reference for developers.
Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet the specific needs of the business.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system and process integration.
Perform technical and functional analyses to identify improvements and optimizations in the platform.
Manage the full development cycle, from planning to delivery.
Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Ensure code quality and the implementation of best practices in development.
Train and provide technical support to other team members.

How you'll work

Hybrid remote in-office model, 2 days remote work in the East area of Madrid.
