The role

As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Lead, you will technically lead the evolution and modernization of a corporate CRM platform, collaborating with international teams and business areas. You will be a key figure in defining scalable solutions, integrations, and technical best practices within an organization undergoing full technological transformation.

Lead the evolution of a global CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

What you'll do

Technically lead the development and evolution of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Design and implement functionalities that respond to business needs.

Coordinate and supervise developments, customizations, and integrations with corporate systems.

Collaborate with international teams on projects of global scope.

Define technical standards and promote development best practices.

Perform code reviews and guarantee the quality of the implemented solutions.

Translate functional requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

Participate in the definition of architectures and integrations with third-party applications.

Provide technical support and act as a reference for other team members.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methodology.
