In this role, you will combine infrastructure automation, operational support, and data pipeline coordination. Your main challenges and responsibilities will be:

• Lead the modernization: Migrate and transform the current Puppet-based infrastructure automation toward a robust and scalable Ansible environment.
  

• Optimize and stabilize: Ensure maximum efficiency of the current Intex platform, supporting SPG and SANCAP processes.
  

• Redefine the operating model: Document environments in detail and lead the operational transition from a single-resource support model to a scalable scheme, paving the way for future integration with ARDA.
  

• Ensure continuity: Coordinate ETL integration flows, batch processes, and database management to ensure the resilience of the structured finance platform.

Essential:

• Solid experience: More than 5 years of demonstrable track record in consulting or infrastructure/DevOps engineering roles.
  

• Advanced Ansible expertise: Deep hands-on experience creating playbooks, defining roles, managing inventories and using templates (Jinja2). Experience with Ansible Tower or AWX is highly valued.
  

• Migration skills: Direct prior experience carrying out technology transitions from Puppet to Ansible.
  

• Systems administration: Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix environment administration.
  

• Automation and scripting: Advanced fluency programming or creating scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
  

• Data and integration: Familiarity with ETL workflows, backend data pipelines, batch processing, and scheduled jobs.
  

• Data environments: Solid experience working with and interacting with SQL-based environments.
  

• Languages: Fully fluent advanced English level (C1), as you will be integrated into global project dynamics.

• Liderar la modernización: Migrar y transformar la automatización de la infraestructura actual basada en Puppet hacia un entorno robusto y escalable en Ansible.
  

• Optimizar y estabilizar: Asegurar la máxima eficiencia de la plataforma Intex actual, dando soporte a los procesos de SPG y SANCAP.
  

• Redefinir el modelo operativo: Documentar detalladamente los entornos y liderar la transición operativa desde un modelo de soporte de recurso único hacia un esquema escalable, preparando el camino para la futura integración con ARDA.
  

• Garantizar la continuidad: Coordinar los flujos de integración ETL, procesos batch y la gestión de bases de datos para asegurar la resiliencia de la plataforma de finanzas estructuradas.

• Experiencia sólida: Más de 5 años de trayectoria demostrable en roles de consultoría o ingeniería de infraestructura/DevOps.
