We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer capable of mastering complex architectures and raising the standard of our Wealth Management digital solutions. • Design, build, and evolve the next generation of high-quality Web APIs for digital wealth management solutions.
  

• Collaborate hand in hand with investment professionals to understand complex business problems and translate them into highly scalable software solutions.
  

• Apply cutting-edge design methodologies, tools, and techniques, performing impact analysis on architecture options and mitigating technical risks.
  

• Ensure technical excellence, making sure every design meets the highest standards of functionality, quality, security, and system resilience.
  

Your Technical Arsenal (What You Bring)

Essential:

• Experience: +5 years of solid track record in enterprise-level application development.
  

• Core Stack: Advanced mastery of Java and Python.
  

• Architecture: Solid development foundation including Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and a Test Driven Development (TDD) approach.
  

• Cloud & Microservices: Real experience building Cloud Native applications on container-based platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), and highly available, resilient microservices.
  

• APIs: Experience across the full API lifecycle and Web API development under REST frameworks.
  

• Data: Excellent handling of data technologies (SQL, NoSQL databases, and Cloud storage solutions).
  

• DevOps & Agile: Experience in agile development using modern ALM tools such as GitHub, as well as designing and maintaining DevOps flows for automating builds, deploys, and testing.
  

• Languages: Advanced English level (C1) is essential for fluent communication with the international team.
  

• Soft Skills: Ambitious mindset, passion for independently leading new challenges, empathy, and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, mission-critical environments.
  

We especially value it if you also have (Nice to have):

• University education in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  

• Experience with workflows in GitHub Actions.
  

• Knowledge and experience with Google APIGEE for secure API exposure.
  

• Basic knowledge of statistics / econometrics and a genuine interest in the financial sector (Fintech / Wealth Management).

Buscamos a un Ingeniero de Software Senior capaz de dominar arquitecturas complejas y elevar el estándar de nuestras soluciones digitales de Wealth Management. • Diseñar, construir y evolucionar la próxima generación de Web APIs de alta calidad para soluciones digitales de gestión de patrimonio (Wealth Management).
  

• Colaborar mano a mano con profesionales de inversión para entender problemas de negocio complejos y traducirlos en soluciones de software altamente escalables.
  

• Aplicar metodologías, herramientas y técnicas de diseño de vanguardia, realizando análisis de impacto sobre opciones de arquitectura y mitigando riesgos técnicos.
  

• Garantizar la excelencia técnica, asegurando que cada diseño cumpla con los más altos estándares de funcionalidad, calidad, seguridad y resiliencia del sistema.
  

Tu Arsenal Técnico (Lo que traes contigo)

Imprescindible:

• Experiencia: +5 años de trayectoria sólida en desarrollo de aplicaciones de nivel enterprise.
  

• Stack Core: Dominio avanzado de Java y Python.
  

• Arquitectura: Sólida base de desarrollo incluyendo Clean Code, Clean Architecture, Patrones de Diseño y enfoque Test Driven Development (TDD).
  

• Cloud & Microservicios: Experiencia real construyendo aplicaciones Cloud Native en plataformas basadas en contenedores, específicamente Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) y microservicios altamente disponibles y resilientes.
  

• APIs: Experiencia en todo el ciclo de vida de las APIs y desarrollo de Web APIs bajo frameworks REST.
  

• Datos: Excelente manejo de tecnologías de datos (SQL, bases de datos NoSQL y soluciones de almacenamiento Cloud).
  

• DevOps & Agile: Experiencia en desarrollo ágil utilizando herramientas ALM modernas como GitHub, así como diseño y mantenimiento de flujos DevOps para automatización de builds, deploys y testing.
  

• Idiomas: Nivel de Inglés Avanzado (C1) indispensable para comunicación fluida con el equipo internacional.
  

• Soft Skills: Mentalidad ambiciosa, pasión por liderar nuevos desafíos de forma independiente, empatía y adaptabilidad para brillar en entornos dinámicos de misión crítica.
  

Valoramos especialmente si además cuentas con (Deseable):

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines.
  

• Experiencia con flujos de trabajo en GitHub Actions.
  

• Conocimientos y experiencia con Google APIGEE para la exposición segura de APIs.
  

• Conocimientos básicos en estadística / econometría y un interés genuino por el sector financiero (Fintech / Wealth Management).
