Your Mission (The Impact You Will Leave)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your purpose will not be just to maintain systems, but to be the key piece that accelerates our clients' technological evolution through:

• Architecture and Automation: Lead the design, creation, and maintenance of advanced pipelines in Azure DevOps, with an absolute focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure efficient and repeatable deployments.
  

• Multi-Cloud Strategy: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments using Terraform as your main orchestration tool.
  

• Culture and Collaboration: Act as a strategic bridge between development and architecture teams, facilitating the agile deployment of dynamic and secure environments.
  

• Continuous Evolution: Define and refine complex configurations in YAML and Git, ensuring the constant improvement of automation processes and the proactive resolution of production incidents.

Your Arsenal (What You Bring with You)

Essential (Your technical and professional pillars):

• Experience: More than 6 years of solid track record in DevOps roles or infrastructure engineering.
  

• Cloud & IaC: Expert command of Terraform and solid experience managing resources in Azure and/or AWS environments.
  

• CI/CD & Version Control: Advanced handling of Azure DevOps, definition of structured pipelines in YAML, and impeccable version control with Git.
  

• Languages: Advanced English level (C1) and native or fluent Spanish, ready to communicate with international teams on an equal footing.
  

• Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, clear communication, and an innate ability to organize and prioritize your own challenges.
  

Desirable (Extra points that will add to your profile):

• Solid knowledge of container orchestration and management with Docker and Kubernetes.

Como Senior DevOps Engineer, tu propósito no será solo mantener sistemas, sino ser la pieza clave que acelere la evolución tecnológica de nuestros clientes mediante:

• Arquitectura y Automatización: Liderar el diseño, creación y mantenimiento de pipelines avanzados en Azure DevOps, con un enfoque absoluto en Infraestructura como Código (IaC) para garantizar despliegues eficientes y repetibles.
  

• Estrategia Multi-Cloud: Gestionar y optimizar la infraestructura cloud en entornos AWS y Azure utilizando Terraform como tu principal herramienta de orquestación.
  

• Cultura y Colaboración: Actuar como puente estratégico entre los equipos de desarrollo y arquitectura, facilitando el despliegue ágil de entornos dinámicos y seguros.

• Experiencia: Más de 6 años de trayectoria sólida en roles DevOps o ingeniería de infraestructura.
  

• Cloud & IaC: Dominio experto de Terraform y experiencia sólida gestionando recursos en entornos Azure y/o AWS.
  

• CI/CD & Versionado: Manejo avanzado de Azure DevOps, definición de pipelines estructurados en YAML y control de versiones impecable con Git.
  

• Idiomas: Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) y español nativo o fluido, listos para comunicarte con equipos internacionales de igual a igual.
  

• Soft Skills: Mentalidad proactiva, fuerte orientación al trabajo en equipo, comunicación clara, y una capacidad innata para organizar y priorizar tus propios desafíos.
