Production Maintenance Technician

Position: Production Maintenance Mechanical Technician - Pharmaceutical Plant

Location: Azuqueca de Henares

Experience: at least 3 years performing the described functions

We are incorporating a new INSUDER as a Production Maintenance Mechanical Technician to join the maintenance team at our plant in Azuqueca de Henares.

The challenge!

• Perform format changes on machines that require them so they can produce according to the guidelines provided by production.
• Fix both electrical and mechanical breakdowns that the machines require for their correct operation.
• Perform the adjustments required on the production machines (if the product or the machine varies/is altered) to adapt it to correct manufacturing.
• Advise production operators on machine startup if they encounter a problem they cannot resolve, so that startup is as fast as possible.
• Verify operation after something has been repaired, after a format change, or following a specific incident that is not a continuous problem, to ensure the machine follows the process.
• Perform changes on machines (creating new parts, or including some) to correct defects to help achieve better machine operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines (filter cleaning or greasing) according to the production schedule to ensure the correct operation of the machine in the production process.
• Interpret blueprints and diagrams
• Apply building and facility maintenance methods, practices, and techniques to identify and solve recurring problems in machines, equipment, or parts thereof.
• Perform periodic inspections to evaluate repair requests.

• Education: Higher Degree in mechanics, automation, or similar
• Experience (years/area): at least 3 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance in an industrial environment
• Personal skills: good organizational and problem-solving skills, teamwork, initiative, and decision-making.
• Technical skills: ability to work in a regulated environment.
