What are we looking for? 🔎

The main mission of the position will be to authorize the startup of a packaging batch, guaranteeing the correct line clearance and cleaning, the verification of starting materials, and the correct execution of in-process controls during the packaging of each batch.

The challenge! 🚀

Operate production machines and equipment safely and in accordance with established instructions.

Authorize the startup of a packaging batch after verifying the correct line clearance and cleaning before commencement.

Perform in-process controls during the packaging of batches and record the results in the corresponding guides.

Verify materials before the startup of each batch, ensuring conformity of code, batch, and design.

Check the correct semi-finished state of each batch to be packaged, validating code, batch, and expiration.

Manage non-conformities related to defective materials.

Support the return of surplus materials from the line.

Ensure compliance with GMP standards and the procedures in force within the area during each shift.

Guarantee the correct performance of the tests and controls described in the guide, such as safety or blister depth controls.

Manage the solutions required for performing leak tests, such as methylene blue.

What do you need? 🤓

⏰All 3 shifts are worked on a rotating schedule (weekly) from Monday to Friday (mornings, afternoons, and nights). Mornings from 06h to 14h. Afternoons from 14h to 22h. Nights from 22h to 06h.
