Site Supervisor - Quinto (Zaragoza)

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to expand one of our teams in Quinto.

A company car will be added to the salary.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Direct and supervise all activities related to the execution of the work, covering areas such as piping and auxiliary services, civil works and structures, electrical, instrumentation and control, and fire protection systems.
Carry out thorough and daily monitoring of the progress of the work, proactively identifying and resolving any deviations or incidents.
Effectively coordinate the work of up to 10 subcontractor companies and manage approximately 5 simultaneous work fronts, ensuring smooth and productive collaboration.
Rigorously monitor and control the fundamental aspects of the project, including safety, quality, scheduling, costs, and logistics.
Ensure compliance with all construction processes and applicable regulations, promoting best practices in execution.
Prepare periodic reports on the status of the work, progress, incidents, and forecasts.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure the success of the project.
Maintain fluid and professional communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.

Requirements

University education or vocational training (FP).
Demonstrable experience of at least 5 years in site supervision roles on pharmaceutical, food, or chemical projects.
Solid knowledge in the aforementioned areas: piping and auxiliary services, civil works and structures, electrical, instrumentation and control, and fire protection systems.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams and simultaneous work fronts.
Experience in managing scheduling, costs, quality, and logistics in construction projects.
