At Nunsys Group, we are looking to hire an ITSM & ITAM Technician with experience in ticketing tools and IT service management who wants to continue growing in a solid, stable technological environment with real impact. This opportunity is part of a strategic project related to IT service and asset management, where you will be able to develop expert knowledge in industry-leading platforms such as Proactivanet.
What you'll do
- Administration of ticketing tools for ITSM and ITAM environments.
- Implementation of the application and its different modules and functionalities.
- Configuration and integration of new components and processes.
- Administration, maintenance, and evolution of the platform.
- Incident resolution and functional and technical support.
- Liaising with the client and supporting the continuous improvement of the services provided.
- Active participation in implementation projects for ITSM and ITAM solutions based on Proactivanet and similar tools.
How you'll work
- Intensive morning shift, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 h.
- Workplace located in Madrid (Arturo Soria area).
THE PROJECT
You will join a long-term project, participating in the implementation and administration of an IT service and asset management platform for an important Public Administration body.
You will be part of a team specialized in ITSM/ITAM solutions, collaborating directly with the client and participating in the evolution of the tool, its modules, and its integrations.
