Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience +4 years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab (preferred), Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Experience with Docker containers and deployments in Kubernetes/OpenShift (manifests, variables/secrets, Helm, or Kustomize).
Experience in testing and quality: unit tests, integration tests, and static analysis (SonarQube or similar).
Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus, Artifactory, or Container Registry).
Solid knowledge of Git (branches, reviews, merge/pull requests).
Security concepts applied to development: OWASP Top 10, secrets management, and CI scanning.
Knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Linux (preferred) and Windows, and scripting in Bash/PowerShell.

Nice to have

Valuable: observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), blue/green and canary deployments, GitOps (ArgoCD), IaC (Terraform/Ansible), pipeline migration (for example, from Jenkins to GitLab), specific experience in OpenShift, and GitLab or Kubernetes certifications.
