Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience +5 years as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Lead in enterprise environments.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its modules: ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM and HRSD.
Experience in CMDB design, Discovery/Service Mapping and CSDM implementation.
Experience in integration architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and event-driven patterns.
Knowledge of platform security, access control models, performance tuning and data governance.
Experience defining environment strategy, release management and DevOps/CI-CD practices in ServiceNow.
Experience in technical governance: architecture and development standards, design authority and design reviews.
Ability to lead, mentor technical teams and influence technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

Valuable: ServiceNow certifications (CTA, CAD, CSA and Implementation Specialist), TOGAF, ITIL 4 and experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Languages
