Requirements

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in onsite technical support and workplace support.
2-3 years of experience in direct interaction with users in an office setting.
Experience in the coordination of activities, visits, and planned assistance to users and sites.
Knowledge of workstation hardware, peripherals, and local networks.
Experience in software deployment and management with SCCM, Intune, ManageEngine, or Software Center.
Experience in proactive maintenance, patching, and equipment installation.
Knowledge of security procedures, asset management, and inventory.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in videoconference room support and Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Languages

English level B1.

What you'll get

Schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 (from 8:00 to 17:00 during peak season).
