What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience (5-10 years) in administration, provisioning, performance optimization, and incident resolution in multi-system Enterprise storage environments:
- Technological domains: SAN/NAS.
- Arrays and manufacturers: 3PAR, NetApp, EMC, IBM, and HP.
B2 English level (fluent proficiency is essential)
Communication, presentation, and reporting skills, as well as leadership/conflict management capacity for internal and client-facing interaction.

What you'll get

Employment contract with IRIUM
Salary up to 42k.
Hybrid work modality: 1 day per week on-site for candidates preferably located in Madrid or Málaga. (Candidates in other locations will be equally valued without the same on-site requirement).
Monday to Friday schedule: Hours to be covered between 7:00 and 19:00 organized in shifts (07:00-15:00 / 08:00-17:00 / 10:00-19:00).
On-call: Predictably 1 on-call shift per month (frequency to be confirmed during the technical interview).

The role

We are looking for a Systems Technician - Enterprise Storage Specialist (SAN/NAS) profile to coordinate and maintain critical storage environments, ensuring performance, availability, and quality of service at an international level.

What you'll do

Point of contact for internal and external communications and direct alignment with the client.
Coordination of the storage tower (cross delivery / different locations and facilities).
Standard operations (run), management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests (SR).
Performance of periodic health checks, proactive problem analysis, and application of best practices.
Identification of automation opportunities and alignment of system parameters.
Ensuring that deliverables meet the required quality standards.
