Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or similar.
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Knowledge in sustainability: ESG, ESG Reporting (CSRD, CSDDD), Circular economy.
Advanced Office suite. (PowerBI is valued)

Grupo IskayPet is born from the union of the Kiwoko ecosystems (physical and online stores, Mundo Belleza grooming salons, and Kivet Veterinary Centers) and Tiendanimal (physical and online stores, Salón de Belleza grooming salons, and Clinicanimal Veterinary Centers) following the acquisition by EMEFIN, a Peruvian family business group with over 80 years of experience in retail. We are currently looking for a person for the position of ESG Reporting Technician (m/f) in the Finance department for our Madrid offices.

What you'll do

Manage and supervise resource consumption (electricity, water), ensuring correct monitoring, billing control, and resolution of reported incidents.
Maintain updated and organized utility databases.
Coordinate waste management, including supplier relations, service control, incident resolution, billing control, etc.
Collect, validate, and consolidate environmental data necessary for the preparation of ESG reports and KPI monitoring.
Provide support for non-financial reporting, contributing to the preparation of reports under ESG standards (GRI, CSRD, or others applicable).
Monitor environmental performance, identifying deviations and proposing improvement actions in resource consumption and waste generation.
Support sustainability initiatives and projects oriented towards reducing environmental impact (energy efficiency, consumption reduction, circular economy, etc.).
Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and internal policies.
