What you'll do

🛠️ This is what you will do every day.

· Manage waste at Headquarters and provide global support, including the implementation of minimization plans (PEPE), SCRAP management (Envalora), supplier coordination and invoicing, as well as the preparation and monitoring of environmental declarations submitted to the Public Administration (water levy, self-checks, among others).

· Analyze and optimize environmental KPIs (carbon footprint, energy, and water), identifying opportunities for improvement.

· Lead the calculation and reporting of the carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2, and 3), including GHG Protocol audits, management of deviations, and identification of offset credits.

· Ensure environmental legal compliance globally, providing technical support and regulatory monitoring.

· Manage and monitor environmental non-conformities, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with global teams.

· Participate in sustainability projects and local initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

· Maintain and manage the environmental management system documentation and develop procedures, process sheets, and risk assessments, among others.

· Provide support for internal, external, and customer/supplier audits, ensuring the effective closure of deviations.

· Identify and implement improvement initiatives in energy efficiency and reduction of environmental impact, also providing technical support in corporate projects and programs such as EcoVadis and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and others.

· Provide support in the preparation of corporate environmental reporting (EINF, certifications, sustainability report) and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

What we're looking for

Minimum education:

· Associate or bachelor's degree in vocational training related to environment, chemistry, or environmental health.

· University degree or postgraduate degree related to the environment or related sciences, such as: Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Geology (with environmental specialization).

· Specific courses on ISO 14001, waste management, or environmental legislation.
