Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or Audiovisual Communication.

  • At least 6 years of agency

  • Experience in Social Media working with corporate

  • Experience managing an international account or a large account (5 or more social media channels for the same brand).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, not only social media, but also paid media and basics of SEO and SEM.

  • Experience in managing clients and teams.

  • Ability to brief the creative team.__

  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

The role

Currently, we are looking for a Digital Manager to join our Digital division in Madrid. Reporting to the division's Digital Associate Director, your mission will be to manage projects for major brands for a growing division; therefore, if you have more than 6 years of demonstrable experience in a communication agency, Digital Marketing, or prestigious advertising, you love working in a team, and you like proposing ideas to the client before they even think of them, you are the person we are looking for!

📍 Location: Madrid

What you'll do

  • Direct communication with the client.

  • Preparing proposals and strategies for Digital Marketing and Digital Communications (including SEO, SEM, Paid, Web, campaigns, etc.).

  • Defining content strategies for social media and campaigns.

  • Preparation and development of all types of performance reports.

  • Identification and management of crises on social media.

  • Preparation of social listening documents.

  • Ability to manage and coordinate a multidisciplinary team.

  • Preparation and execution of action plans for launches, annual strategies, launch plans, influencer marketing, and execution of influencer marketing strategies.

  • Preparation of new business proposals.
