The role

At knowmad mood we continue to drive high-impact technology projects and we are looking to bring on board a Technical Leader (with experience working with SDD and Claude) to take part as the technical lead in an Artificial Intelligence project for a major banking institution, alongside multidisciplinary profiles (architects, developers...) and with direct communication with the client.

We are looking for a senior profile, with a solid technical background in software development and real experience making architecture design decisions, having defined end-to-end projects, capable of leading teams and evolving complex technical solutions.

How you'll work

This is a hybrid position, Salamanca neighborhood area, Madrid.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience working with SDD (Spec-Driven Development) with Claude.
Experience working in the banking sector, as well as carrying out integrations with banking cores.
Experience as a software/solutions architect of at least 10 years in the design, estimation, risk management, and implementation of enterprise solutions across different technologies.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Lead, and skills for team leadership as well as extensive experience in agile methodologies.
Experience in defining architectures and developing applications under the microservices paradigm, APIs, resilient events, and systems.
Experience working with Java/Spring, Python/Flask, NodeJs/Typescript.
Creativity and sensitivity toward innovation and with the initiative to propose and lead new ways of working or team organization.
Demonstrated ability to take on management responsibilities, lead teams, and manage client relationships.
Experience in closed projects.
Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes.
