The role

For KDB DOOR BUSINESS SPAIN SL, a company within the KONE group dedicated to automatic doors, we are looking for a Door Sales Advisor for our Sales department in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Duties

Manage and develop strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
Administer and expand the customer portfolio through the sale of maintenance contracts and digital solutions related to the Doors business.
Identify growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio, promoting additional services and new solutions that provide value to the customer.
Perform prospecting activities aimed at identifying new business opportunities within the target market.
Coordinate with the different KDB teams to resolve incidents and guarantee a positive experience for the customer.
Keep customer and contact information up to date in the corporate tools.
Contribute to the achievement of sales, retention, and business growth objectives in the assigned area.
