Requirements

What we're looking for

Professional experience of between 5 and 7 years in Cloud environments.
Solid experience in AWS, especially in the design, deployment, and administration of infrastructures.
Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Advanced knowledge of AWS services: EC2, VPC, subnets, routing, Security Groups, EBS, EFS, S3, AWS Backup, and ELB.
Experience with AWS Landing Zone architectures and knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Terraform for the deployment and management of infrastructure in Azure.
Knowledge of networking, security, and governance in Cloud environments.
Ability to work autonomously, analyze needs, and propose technical solutions.
🎓 Minimum education: Higher Level Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior).

The role

At Krell, we are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer with solid experience in AWS, Azure, and Terraform to join a technological project in Madrid.

We are looking for a senior profile, with a high technical level and autonomy, capable of taking on the design, implementation, and evolution of Cloud infrastructures, mainly in AWS environments.

What you'll do

Design, implementation, and evolution of Cloud infrastructures, mainly on AWS.
Definition, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation, applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Deployment, configuration, and administration of AWS services: EC2, VPC, Security Groups, EBS, EFS, S3, AWS Backup, and Elastic Load Balancing (ALB/NLB).
Design and implementation of AWS Landing Zone architectures, following the best practices of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Design and deployment of IaaS infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform.
Implementation and evolution of AWS Landing Zone and Azure Landing Zone architectures, networking, security, and governance.
Analysis of technical needs, identification of dependencies, risks, and implementation alternatives.
Definition of Cloud technical solutions, providing judgment and autonomy during execution.

How you'll work

📍 Location: Madrid.

🏠 Hybrid modality: initially 2-3 days in person per week and, subsequently, 1 day per week in the office.
