At Krell Consulting, we are looking for a Senior professional specialized in Contact Center and Genesys Cloud, with at least 3 years of experience, to join an Indra Soluciones TI project.

We are looking for a profile with experience in customer service process automation, Genesys Cloud, and Artificial Intelligence, especially in the construction and implementation of AI agents and in integrations with external systems.

What you'll do

Design of customer service process automations.
Implementation and construction of AI Agents with Genesys Cloud.
Development of solutions using Genesys Dialog Engine and Genesys Virtual Agent.
Implementation of integrations through Genesys Data Actions.
Integration of Genesys Cloud with third-party systems such as CRM and backend systems.
Participation in initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, LLM, and Generative AI.
