Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in logistics or international trade.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Operational knowledge of CargoWise.
Good command of national and international geography, including countries, major cities, and seaports.
Basic notions of Spanish regulatory legislation.
Basic knowledge of Incoterms, the Harmonized Tariff System, customs regulations, and requirements from other government agencies.
Upper-intermediate English level.

What you'll do

Fulfill the activities agreed upon with the client (sending reports, control and follow-up of rectifications and incidents).
Carry out the integration and sending of the foreign trade files generated by the daily operation
Participate in and comply with the implementation of innovation projects assigned to your area
Review the operations tracker / meeting minutes, following up on the activities generated from them
Assist the company's operational areas in solving problems that arise during customs clearance and/or with the customs agent
Maintain constant communication with the client to ensure that all their requirements are covered
Participate in the training and update courses provided by the company.
