The role

At La Casa de las Carcasas, we are looking for a Senior Labor Relations and Personnel Administration Technician for our headquarters in Jaraíz de la Vera (Cáceres).
What you'll do
You will be key to the company's labor management
Direct interlocution with works councils and unions
Management of payroll, incidents, and labor processes
Resolution of labor conflicts and advisory to managers
Participation in collective bargaining
Control and monitoring of labor indicators (absenteeism, turnover, costs)
