Let's talk about the project...

• The Data Governance team governs a multifaceted infrastructure aimed at improving ingestion, aggregation, monitoring, and reporting in accordance with the Data Aggregation, Data Distribution, and Data Quality principles described in the entity's policy, as well as facilitating the use of data as a key asset for the Bank and its customers.
• Your mission will focus on designing and improving the group's Data Quality framework, leading the implementation and monitoring of quality rules, managing internal and external indicators of the quality model's soundness, and coordinating the communication and disclosure of the data quality status.
• Your main responsibilities will include:
  • You will design, establish, and maintain the data governance and information quality framework based on the appetite defined by the group (Policies, Procedures, Tools), especially regarding data quality aspects.
  • You will actively promote cultural change and maturity regarding data governance within the entity, facilitating the deployment of data governance capabilities.
  • You will lead the design and deployment of end-to-end transversal solutions regarding data quality.
  • You will maintain dialogue with Group subsidiaries and companies.
  • You will control data governance bodies and facilitate working sessions.
  • You will design, administer, and develop internal and external (DQMR) indicators for the global measurement of the Entity's data quality status.
  • You will identify opportunities and needs for improvement in data governance and execute the necessary initiatives to address them.
  • You will manage the Unit's IT initiative portfolio.

• That you have higher education in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines associated with analysis, data governance, and information management.
• That you bring experience (minimum 7 years) in roles or projects linked to data analysis, governance, or quality within a banking environment. We will value previous experience in Consulting.
• That you are an advanced user of the Office suite; knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Microstrategy) and programming languages (SAS-SQL, Python) will be valued.
• We will value experience in the development of BCBS239 principles and in projects involving the implementation of best practice models, regulations/legislation, process improvement, and/or continuous improvement.
• A good level of English will also be valued.
