What you'll do
- Carrying out preventive maintenance assigned weekly and corrective maintenance.
- Preparing reports and managing spare parts related to the facilities.
- Reporting pending interventions to the maintenance supervisor.
- Completing the work report, indicating time and materials used.
- Proposing improvements to reduce breakdowns.
- Complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations at work, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Working within the standards defined by Lean Manufacturing.
- Carrying out warehouse tasks: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Reviewing and monitoring auxiliary services: steam, compressed air, water, and cooling towers.
- Monitoring the department's budget.
