What we're looking for

Education in Marketing or a related field, with a solid background in digital marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing positions within the sports sector.
Experience leading teams and coordinating marketing projects.
Experience in defining and executing marketing plans oriented toward business and results.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different areas of the organization.
Analytical profile, results-oriented, with initiative and leadership skills.
Intermediate level of English.

What you'll do

Collaborate in defining the Marketing Plan and lead its execution to achieve the club's commercial objectives.
Translate corporate strategy into marketing actions oriented toward business and results.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns and promotional actions.
Promote initiatives that favor the sale of tickets, season tickets, and retail products, as well as the growth of fan engagement.
Work in a coordinated manner with the Retail, Ticketing, and Season Ticket Management areas to achieve commercial objectives.
Coordinate Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing teams, ensuring an aligned and efficient execution.
Define and monitor KPIs and action plans to optimize results.
Coordinate external agencies and suppliers, collaborating with the different areas of the business.
