The role

We are looking for a professional with experience in international strategic marketing to lead key projects in the agribusiness sector and help drive the company's international expansion. This strategic position requires a global, results-oriented vision within the sales department.

What you'll do

Design and implement international marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Coordinate strategic marketing projects with sales and operations teams.
Analyze international markets to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee the execution of international campaigns and evaluate their impact.
Build strong relationships with key strategic partners and stakeholders.
Manage the marketing budget and optimize resources to maximize results.
Prepare periodic reports on the performance of implemented strategies.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards across all marketing activities.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
Previous experience in strategic marketing, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Strong knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning.
Ability to work in international and multicultural environments.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Leadership and team management skills.
