Retail Talent Acquisition Consultant

• University degree completed, preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in personnel selection within staffing agencies or Human Resources Consulting, managing high-volume positions / mass selection in the Retail or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector
• Communication skills, orientation towards internal/external clients, analytical capacity, and adaptability to change
• Availability to travel
• Advanced level of English and/or German

From 38,500 € to 56,800 € (gross/annual)

• You will lead and execute selection processes, both mass and individual, for our stores, warehouses, and regional offices, guaranteeing the attraction of the best talent in high-volume environments
• You will ensure the attraction and hiring of the right talent, guaranteeing an optimal experience for candidates throughout the entire selection process
• You will actively advise and collaborate with Hiring Managers during the selection process, acting as a business partner, influencing effectively to ensure compliance with strategic People and Culture criteria
• You will be responsible for organizing and facilitating Assessment Centers, evaluating competencies and ensuring an excellent experience for both internal and external candidates
• You must guarantee compliance with quality standards in the selection process, selection KPIs (time-to-hire, coverage rate), and current legal regulations
• You will manage key projects within the recruiting area and provide support in training hiring managers in evaluation and interview techniques
