- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting all types of IT profiles in the Spanish market.
- You have at least a B2 level in English.
- Very high or native level of Spanish.
- You live in Barcelona and/or the surrounding area or you are open to relocating.
- You consider yourself very techy and you have solid technical knowledge of the different technology stacks.
- You have good communication skills, empathy, and organization.
- You are results-oriented and people-oriented.
- You have good organizational and time management skills.

What you'll do
Your responsibilities: 💪
- Full management, from start to finish, of IT profile selection processes
- Selection through the different Job Boards.
- Phone screening calls and technical interviews with candidates.
- Personalized follow-up with candidates.
- Presentation of candidates along with a profile report.
- Review of profiles with the Business Managers.
- Other tasks related to the Selection Department.
