We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition whose mission is to find the best tech talent so that our clients find their ideal match ✨

Your responsibilities: 💪

• Full management, from start to finish, of IT profile selection processes
• Selection through the different Job Boards.
• Phone screening calls and technical interviews with candidates.
• Personalized follow-up with candidates.
• Presentation of candidates along with a profile report.
• Review of profiles with the Business Managers.
• Other tasks related to the Selection Department.

Requirements for a good match 🧩:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in recruiting all types of IT profiles in the Spanish market.
• You have at least a B2 level in English.
• Very high or native level of Spanish.
• You live in Barcelona and/or the surrounding area or you are open to relocating.
• You consider yourself very techy and you have solid technical knowledge of the different technology stacks.
• You have good communication skills, empathy, and organization.
• You are results-oriented and people-oriented.
• You have good organizational and time management skills.

Funciones que realizarás: 💪

• Gestión completa, de inicio a fin, de los procesos de selección de perfiles IT
• Selección a través de los diferentes Job Boards.
• Llamadas telefónicas de criba y entrevistas técnicas a los candidatos.
• Seguimiento personalizado de los candidatos.
• Presentación de candidaturas junto con un informe del perfil.
• Revisión de los perfiles con los Business Managers.
• Otras tareas relacionadas con el Departamento de Selección.

Requisitos para un buen match 🧩:

• Tienes experiencia mínima de 3 años en selección de todo tipo de perfiles IT en el mercado español.
• Tienes mínimo un nivel B2 en Inglés.
• Nivel de español muy alto o nativo.
• Vives en Barcelona y/o alrededores o estás abierto/a a mudarte.
• Te consideras muy techy y tienes conocimientos técnicos sólidos de los distintos stacks tecnológicos.
• Tienes buenas dotes de comunicación, empatía y organización.
• Estás orientado a los resultados y a las personas.
• Tienes buena capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
