Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer

1. Law Degree
2. Official Master's degree for access to the Legal Profession, and having passed the access exam
3. Active membership in the corresponding Bar Association (essential)
4. High level of English (C1)

1. Additional postgraduate training (master's or specialized programs in litigation, arbitration, corporate law, or banking law) will be valued.
2. More than 5 years of experience in similar positions or functions is valuable. Proven experience in legal representation and autonomous management of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, from the pre-litigation phase to the enforcement of judgments.
3. High level of Basque and French is valuable

For our Commercial Litigation area, we are looking for a highly qualified Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate must possess deep knowledge of commercial and corporate laws and have experience in legal advisory. For this position, we are looking for a detail-oriented person with exceptional communication skills and the ability to perform in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

1. General commercial and contractual litigation: breaches of contract, monetary claims, contractual and extra-contractual liability, unfair competition, and industrial/intellectual property from a procedural perspective.
2. Corporate litigation: challenging corporate resolutions, director liability, shareholder disputes, dissolution, and liquidation of companies. Banking and financial litigation: proceedings relating to banking products and contracts, financing, guarantees, unfair clauses, and claims against financial entities.
