The role

We need to hire a pre-sales technician with experience in the ICT sector of the Basque Country and/or Navarra in the field of technological infrastructures (virtualization, hyperconvergence, storage, backup, networking, systems, cloud, Microsoft 365,...). Depending on the Pre-sales Manager, the main functions to be developed will be related to the preparation of advanced technical offers:

What you'll do

Meet with clients to understand their technological needs and objectives.
Collect and analyze information regarding the client's current infrastructure.
Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
Develop technical proposals that resolve the client's requirements.
Design technological architectures (virtualization, storage, backup, networking, systems, cloud, etc.) with the support of the technical team of specialist engineers.
Ensure technical viability and alignment with commercial objectives.
Draft technical offers, descriptive reports, and tender specifications with the support of the technical team of specialist engineers.
Collaborate in the preparation of commercial proposals alongside the sales team.
Prepare and carry out the presentation of the proposal alongside the sales team.
Explain the technological and commercial value of the proposal in a clear and convincing manner.
Answer technical questions during meetings with clients or tenders.
Ensure that client expectations are aligned with what is being proposed.
Accompany the commercial process until the sale is closed.
Support technical negotiations and proposal validations.
Maintain contact with the client to resolve doubts until the contract is signed.
Transfer technical knowledge to the implementation team once the contract is closed.
