- Carry out the initial welcome and onboarding of new hires, conveying our corporate values.
- Distribute work areas and ensure the proper condition, care, and maintenance of the material resources assigned to the salesperson.
- Manage the commercial team, planning and coordinating the actions of the staff under their responsibility, following and adapting the Company's sales policy, in order to achieve the objectives set by the Sales Manager.
- Take responsibility for the development of the team's commercial results: daily planning, coordination and communication of objectives, monitoring and follow-up, always within the framework of the Company's policy and under the supervision of the Sales Manager.
- Carry out periodic and thorough analysis of the achievement of the objectives set for the team, and evaluate with them the actions taken to reach them, providing the necessary information and support for their attainment.
- Supervise, verify, and communicate the team's sales commissions, reporting any incidents to the Sales Manager.
- Identify possible areas for improvement and the training needs of each team member, in order to resolve them and achieve greater personal development.
- Minimum of two years of experience in managing commercial teams.

- Required academic background: BUP, vocational training level II, or higher academic qualifications.
- Proficiency in CRM and office software at a user level.
