At LVMH Beauty Iberia and LOEWE Perfumes, we are opening internship opportunities starting in January 2026 for students in their final year of studies, who are available for a 12-month full-time internship.

  • Customer Experience Intern: Join the Customer Experience team and help deliver an elevated and seamless service to our clients across different touchpoints. In this role, you will support customer care platform management, handle service requests and order-related enquiries, collaborate with different internal stakeholders, and assist with e-commerce operational tasks. You will also analyze customer behavior and help identify insights and improvement opportunities to enhance the brand's customer experience in an omnichannel environment.
  • Training & Retail Intern: Join a dynamic team at the intersection of training and retail performance, supporting both the development of retail teams and the follow-up of business results. You will help coordinate training plans, adapt and update materials, support training sessions, and manage logistics, while also tracking sales performance, monitoring KPIs, supporting budget and invoicing processes, and contributing to retail analysis and operational follow-up. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and interested in both people development and retail excellence.
  • Training Intern: Join the training team and support the creation of engaging learning experiences that bring the brand's values, history, and products to life. You will contribute to the design of training materials, coordination of online sessions, creation of digital content such as videos and quizzes, and support for global trainers and regional teams. You will also take part in monitoring training effectiveness and in the operational coordination of the department, making this a great opportunity for someone creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about training and brand storytelling.

Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

  • Full-time availability for 12 months (our internships have a one-year duration).
  • Languages: English (Fluent, C1 level required). French language skills are a plus!
  • IT Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital platforms, reporting tools, and content creation software is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous internship experience is a plus.

Skills: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile with strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
