Dining Room Assistant - 3* Club Mac Resort - Alcúdia

At Mac Hotels we are looking for a Dining Room Assistant to join our team at our 3* Club Mac Resort located in Alcúdia.

As a Dining Room Assistant at our hotel, you will carry out auxiliary tasks with a certain degree of autonomy and responsibility, working alongside the waitstaff in the service and sale of food with the aim of achieving the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks will be...

• Properly maintaining the area and work utensils.
• Preparing work areas for service. 
• Assisting in customer service and attention. 
• Setting up the service, tables, trays for events, chairs, sideboards, or any other furniture or items in common use in the designated areas. 
• Transporting and storing goods.
• Assisting in the provision of food services as required in the designated areas.
• Arranging the necessary tableware by replenishing glassware, crockery, cutlery, and linen as needed.
• Complying with regulations regarding quality, the environment, and current occupational risk prevention.

En Mac Hotels estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ayudante de Camarero/a de Comedor para unirse a nuestro equipo de nuestro Resort 3* Club Mac situado en Alcúdia.

Como Ayudante de Camarero/a de Comedor en nuestro hotel, tendrás que realizar realizar labores auxiliares con cierta autonomía y responsabilidad junto con los camareros en el servicio y venta de alimentos con el objetivo de alcanzar el máximo nivel de calidad y satisfacción del cliente.

Tus tareas serán...

• Conservar adecuadamente la zona y utensilios de trabajo.
• Preparar áreas de trabajo para el servicio. 
• Colaborar en la atención y servicio al cliente. 
• Preparar el montaje del servicio, mesa, tableros para eventos, sillas, aparadores o cualquier otro mobiliario o enseres de uso común en las zonas habilitadas. 
• Transporte y almacenamiento de mercancías.
• Colaboración en la prestación de servicios de alimentos requeridas en las zonas habilitadas.
• Disposición del ajuar preciso mediante la reposición necesaria de cristalería, vajilla, cubertería y lencería.
• Cumplir con las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales vigentes.
